On the Saturday two distinct workshops will take us deeper into the experience of sound as we learn accurate Sanskrit pronunciation to tune us into the subtle body in the “Sanskrit Body of Mantra Workshop”. In the afternoon explore mantra techniques to create profound inner connection and shift our stuck habits of the mind with “Mantra for the Modern Yogī”.
