Puja/Kirtan

Puja/Kirtan

Puja is an ancient yogic practice that allows us to physically show our gratitude and love for the Divine. It uses spiritual tools like mantra, specific offerings, flowers and music, kirtan to a deity idol of a God or Goddess. Puja assists one in focusing our love and consciousness on the Divine. As we focus with devotion, the divine qualities become imbued into our being. This is the beauty and magic of Puja ceremonies. Puja is the main practice of Sri Sakthi Amma whom we visit in India. We have fallen in love with this practice and are honored to offer this in our own flavour for the blessings of this community and all beings. To see more about Abishakem Puja.
