Some nurturing ways for children to access their inner well of peace, joy and sacredness. Set in a safe natural environment Peace Child utilises tools such as yoga, breathing, mindfulness, gratitude, dance, song, crystal bowls, games and relaxation techniques in a fun way. Exposing our children to these ancient, yet practical, techniques may help them to cope better with stress, grow into healthier lives and it’s heaps of fun!!!!
